IT Technical Support Technician – Helpdesk

About the role

We are looking for an IT Technical Support Technician (Helpdesk) to provide end‑user IT support within a large‑scale environment. The role is 100 % onsite in Lisbon and involves delivering high‑quality desktop support while ensuring a secure and stable IT environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑ and second‑line desktop support for hardware, software, operating systems and business applications.
• Act as the primary point of contact for technical incidents and service requests, managing them through ITSM tools.
• Deploy, configure, support and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, audio‑visual and telecommunications equipment.
• Support Windows, macOS, iOS, networking, Wi‑Fi, printing solutions and application installations throughout the device lifecycle.

Required profile

• Previous experience in IT Technical Support / Helpdesk roles within medium or large‑scale environments.
• Practical experience supporting Windows, macOS, iOS devices, desktops, laptops, tablets and mobile technologies.
• Experience with service management tools, incident/request handling and asset inventories.
• Fluency in English at expert level.

• Desktop support (Level 1 & 2) across hardware and software.
• Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office, messaging platforms and mobile devices.
• ITSM ticketing tools and incident/request management processes.
