IT Support Technician – Mid-level (3-6 years)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated IT Support Technician to join KCS IT in Lisbon. The role is mid‑level (3‑6 years of experience) and will be based onsite, supporting a variety of clients, including those in the banking and financial sector.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, Helpdesk or Service Desk.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft Office.
• Hands‑on experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Experience with ticketing and incident‑management tools.
• Experience supporting mobile devices.
• Good level of English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in the banking or financial sector is a plus.
