IT Support Specialist – 1st & 2nd Level (Porto)

About the role

Join mgm’s growing team in Porto as an IT Support Specialist, providing first and second‑level assistance to internal users. You will work in an English‑speaking environment, handling a variety of software and hardware issues while contributing to the smooth operation of our digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd level support via ticketing system and telephone.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to MS Windows, MS Office, macOS, telephony, printers, and video‑conferencing systems.
• Document incidents and solutions in the ticketing tool and internal wiki in English.
• Manage user accounts, licences, and software installations.
• Set up and configure PC workstations and related software.

Required profile

• Completed professional training as an IT specialist in system integration or a comparable qualification.
• 2–3 years of experience in an IT help‑desk role.
• Goal‑oriented, structured work style with strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Service‑oriented, able to work independently.
• Fluency in English.
