IT Support & Operations – 1st Line / Field Support

About the role

Inetum is looking for a proactive IT Support & Operations professional to join our 1st line and field support team. You will work in a hybrid environment, providing direct assistance to end‑users and ensuring the smooth operation of critical IT services.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor TV dashboards in the office and perform daily tape rotation for off‑site vaulting.
• Manage incidents and service requests using ServiceNow and supplier web portals.
• Maintain Active Directory objects, including users, security groups, computers, and DNS records.
• Support Windows server administration tasks and execute PowerShell scripts.
• Assist users with Microsoft productivity tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Teams.
