IT Support – On-site (Maia)

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support professional to join our Talent Team and provide on‑site assistance for a client in Maia. You will be the first point of contact for users, ensuring that hardware, software and network issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve incidents related to computers, email, access and other workplace tools.
• Set up and manage user accounts across Microsoft 365, Active Directory and SAP.
• Monitor tickets, improve categorisation and support service‑catalogue adoption.
• Configure desktops, laptops and tablets; install software and peripherals; maintain the IT asset inventory.
• Travel to hotel locations to fix Wi‑Fi, printers, workstations and support new hotel openings.
• Escalate technical issues to external vendors and collaborate with specialised teams, including SAP.
• Create and maintain user guides, FAQs and procedures, proposing improvements to prevent recurring problems.

Required profile

• Experience in end‑user support for Windows environments and hardware.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory and SAP.
• Solid networking knowledge (Wi‑Fi, VPN, connectivity troubleshooting).
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work independently.
• Preferred experience in the hospitality industry and familiarity with Opera, Micros or similar systems.
