IT Support Engineer (L1/L2) – On‑Site – Lisbon or Porto

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join a dynamic and fast‑paced environment, providing technical support to end users and ensuring smooth operation of workplace technology across multiple locations in Lisbon or Porto. The position is 100 % on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 technical support for hardware, software, and workplace technology issues.
• Act as the first point of contact for incidents, service requests, and technical queries.
• Deploy, configure, and support desktops, laptops, thin clients, tablets, mobile devices, and audiovisual equipment.
• Support Windows, macOS, and iOS environments, including OS deployment and configuration.
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain corporate and business‑critical applications.
• Resolve network connectivity, Wi‑Fi, printer, peripheral, and mobile device issues.
• Manage incidents and service requests through ITSM tools while ensuring service‑level compliance.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, deployments, and warranty information.
• Support office moves, user onboarding, and infrastructure‑related projects.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and connectivity diagnostics.

Required profile

• Strong experience in L1/L2 Desktop Support.
• Solid knowledge of Windows and macOS environments.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Office and messaging solutions.
• Proven experience with laptops, mobile devices, tablets, and end‑user hardware.
• Experience working with ITSM tools, preferably ServiceNow.
• Previous experience within the Banking or Financial Services sector.
