IT Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide remote technical assistance, manage workstations, and ensure the security and continuity of our IT environment. You will support users across the country, handling everything from ticket triage to on‑site equipment installation.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and resolve tickets via OTRS, adhering to SLA targets.
• Diagnose and fix software or configuration issues using remote tools such as TeamViewer or AnyDesk.
• Assist end‑users with Office 365, VPN, and business applications.
• Prepare and stage workstations, create master images with Autopilot or MDT, and configure user profiles.
• Coordinate equipment shipping, receipt verification, and on‑site setup at branch offices.
• Maintain the IT asset database (CMDB), track inventory, and manage warranty, repairs, and disposal.
• Administer print servers, monitor consumables, and support multifunction printers.
• Apply security patches, manage off‑boarding hardware collection, and produce technical documentation.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service mindset with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Attention to detail for asset tracking and equipment preparation.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate logistics across multiple locations.
