IT Support Engineer (French) – L1/L2 – Hybrid in Porto

About the role

KCS IT is seeking a proactive IT Support Engineer fluent in French to join our L1/L2 support team in Porto. The role combines technical troubleshooting with multilingual communication, supporting a variety of clients across different sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑ and second‑level support for hardware, software, and network incidents.
• Diagnose and resolve issues using Linux environments and SQL queries.
• Manage tickets and workflows in ServiceNow, adhering to ITIL best practices.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and client teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Document solutions and contribute to knowledge‑base articles.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in L1/L2 IT support.
• Fluent in English, Portuguese, and French.
• Currently residing in Portugal and able to work on a hybrid schedule in Porto.

Required skills

• Linux operating systems.
