IT Site Manager

About the role

The IT Site Manager will lead the delivery, support and operational performance of IT services for Hovione’s Sete Casas manufacturing plant and Lumiar head‑office. Acting as the primary IT partner for site leadership, the role ensures technology is reliable, secure, compliant and aligned with business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate internal IT teams, managed service providers and vendors to deliver consistent service outcomes.
• Implement global platforms, standards and services within the local environment.
• Represent site needs and operational constraints to global Digital Infrastructure & Operations teams.
• Support manufacturing, R&D and corporate operations with reliable IT infrastructure.
• Maintain security, compliance and performance of all site IT services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 7+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure & Operations, service delivery or site IT leadership.
• Proven experience supporting business‑critical environments such as manufacturing, laboratory, R&D or regulated sites.
• Desired ITIL or equivalent IT service management certification.
• Desired certifications or training in infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, cloud, manufacturing IT or laboratory IT.
