IT Service Desk Consultant

About the role

The IT Service Desk Consultant will be the first point of contact for internal users, providing prompt and effective support for incidents and service requests. Working in a cross‑functional environment, you will help maintain stable IT services across multiple locations and time zones while contributing to the company’s digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for IT incidents and service requests.
• Assist with onboarding activities, device configuration and end‑user services.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Help maintain stable services and support users across different locations and time zones.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the service desk.

Required profile

• Service‑oriented and proactive attitude with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Curiosity about technology and eagerness to learn in a collaborative environment.
• Ownership of delivering a high‑quality user experience.

Required skills

• Experience with Microsoft technologies and modern workplace tools.
• Understanding of cloud, hybrid or on‑premises environments.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, ITIL or CompTIA A+ (beneficial but not mandatory).
