IT Project Manager - Transformation Projects

About the role

Fusion Consulting is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead enterprise‑wide transformation initiatives. You will be responsible for delivering system implementations, commercial platform enhancements, legacy migrations and business transformation projects on time, within budget and to the required business standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of enterprise IT projects, from planning through execution to closure.
• Manage system implementation and migration projects covering commercial, pricing, CPQ, order management and related applications.
• Coordinate activities across business units, IT, vendors and external partners to ensure successful delivery.
• Track scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues and dependencies, applying mitigation actions as needed.
• Support ERP and CRM integration initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce projects.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, governance meetings and status reporting.
• Contribute to system consolidation, modernization and business process improvement efforts.
• Ensure deliverables comply with organizational standards, regulatory requirements and business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• PMP certification or equivalent project‑management qualification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering enterprise IT projects, system implementations or legacy migrations.
• Proven experience with CPQ, order management, pricing tools or commercial systems implementation.
• Understanding of ERP and CRM platforms, especially SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, and Order‑to‑Cash processes.
