IT Project Manager

About the role

As an IT Project Manager at Inetum, you will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of IT projects from inception to completion. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and efficient execution across multidisciplinary groups.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and agreed timelines while maintaining quality standards.
• Monitor progress, proactively identify risks and issues, and implement appropriate solutions.
• Promote open, transparent, and inclusive communication across all stakeholders.
• Facilitate alignment between business needs and technical delivery teams.
• Organize and lead project meetings, ensuring all voices are heard.
• Prepare clear reporting on project status, risks, and milestones to support decision‑making.
• Maintain proper documentation and adhere to project governance practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management methodologies and share best practices.

Required profile

• Approximately 5+ years of experience managing IT projects in complex, dynamic environments.
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) valued but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on inclusive working relationships.
