IT Project Manager – Infrastructure & Cloud Transformations

About the role

Join Aubay Portugal as an IT Project Manager, leading complex technology transformation initiatives for major clients in banking, insurance, telecom and energy. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and global monitoring of IT projects (on‑time, on‑budget, on‑scope, on‑quality).
• Oversee multiple workstreams, manage risks, dependencies and delivery milestones.
• Monitor and maintain services/product lines already in production, ensuring SLA compliance and performance continuity.
• Produce executive reports on project status, risks, decisions and service indicators.
• Organise and chair steering committees and operational meetings.
• Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of integrated IT project management experience, including at least 3 years as a Project Manager in infrastructure, migrations, shared services or outsourcing.
• Hands‑on experience with technological transformation projects such as data‑center migrations, cloud adoption or infrastructure outsourcing.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English, both spoken and written.
