IT Project Manager (Hybrid, Lisbon)

About the role

Inetum is seeking an IT Project Manager to support its digital services portfolio. The role is based in Lisbon and operates in a hybrid model, combining on‑site collaboration with remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Track and monitor the roadmap, milestones, and deliverables.
• Support the development of business cases, executive presentations, and strategic reports.
• Organise, prepare and facilitate meetings with stakeholders.
• Ensure quality standards are consistently met.
• Assist onboarding activities, providing access to tools and related support.
• Prepare and distribute regular status reports for stakeholders and leadership.
• Identify, mitigate and, when necessary, escalate risks and issues to executive leadership.
• Develop and maintain dashboards using JIRA and other reporting tools.
• Provide governance and risk‑management insights on portfolio risks, dependencies and benefits realization.
• Contribute to transparency initiatives to ensure consistency across projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a Project Management Office within Europe.
• Strong stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
• Capability to see the big picture and connect the dots.
• Experience with demand management and roadmap planning.
• Proficiency in both Waterfall and Agile project‑management methodologies.
• Experience with project‑management tools.
• Fluency in English.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model based in Lisbon.
