IT Project Manager (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex technology projects for our clients in banking, insurance, telecom and energy sectors. The role is based in Portugal and follows a hybrid working model.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget, on‑scope and on‑quality delivery.
• Monitor workstreams, control risks and dependencies, and oversee service continuity and SLA compliance.
• Prepare and lead project committees and operational meetings, producing executive status reports.
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams, external partners and suppliers.
• Define and improve processes and best practices for operational management.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager, leading cross‑functional teams.
• Proven ability to interact with C‑Level stakeholders and external partners.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Alignment with corporate values of integrity, ethics and customer focus.
