IT Operations Engineer (DevOps & Production)

About the role

The IT Operations Engineer will act as a key stakeholder throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring production, infrastructure, monitoring, and security requirements are embedded from design to deployment and ongoing operations. You will collaborate with Agile teams, developers, infrastructure specialists, and production support to boost operational efficiency, reliability, and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in defining and validating technical solutions and incorporate production, infrastructure, security, and operational requirements into project planning.
• Promote adoption of resilient products and services, and support development teams to accelerate secure delivery.
• Implement and coordinate user stories related to infrastructure, automation, and operational improvements.
• Facilitate solution deployments, release activities, and ensure availability of production and non‑production environments.
• Implement monitoring, observability, and service supervision solutions.
• Identify operational risks, bottlenecks, and infrastructure issues, proposing mitigation plans.
• Contribute to incident management, disaster recovery, backup, and continuity activities.
• Maintain up‑to‑date operational and technical documentation and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years of experience in IT Operations, DevOps, Production Engineering or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of IT risk and cyber‑security principles.
• Professional English communication skills.
