IT Operations Analyst

About the role

MORO TECH is seeking an IT Operations Analyst to bridge operational needs and service delivery challenges. You will translate business priorities into structured processes, actionable plans, and clear reports, supporting both internal IT functions and customer‑facing services.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate service delivery activities, tracking priorities, risks, dependencies, and actions.
• Support internal IT operations such as onboarding, off‑boarding, asset management, access provisioning, and service requests.
• Analyze existing processes, identify pain points, and design more efficient workflows.
• Lead or assist Kaizen and continuous‑improvement initiatives across IT projects.
• Prepare operational reports, dashboards, status updates, and management summaries.
• Gather data from tickets, tools, and stakeholder meetings to inform decisions.
• Define and monitor KPIs, SLAs, risks, and improvement measures.
• Develop business cases for tools, staffing, process changes, automation, or technology investments.
• Collaborate with technical teams to clarify priorities, remove blockers, and make progress visible.
• Document processes, decisions, responsibilities, and ways of working.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in business analysis, service delivery, IT operations, project coordination, or process improvement.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into clear requirements, actions, and reports.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience documenting processes and workflows.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical topics in business language.
