IT Developer (MS Access/VBA/SQL) – French Speaker

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Developer to join our international team in Lisbon. You will work on developing, maintaining, and modernising business applications while helping to reduce Shadow IT and improve overall IT risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance business applications using MS Access, VBA and SQL.
• Participate in technical and functional analysis and design solutions.
• Validate workload estimates and propose technical improvements.
• Deliver high‑quality solutions within agreed timelines.
• Perform technical, functional and regression testing.
• Provide technical support and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives and application governance.

Required profile

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 4 years of software development experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Fluent French (minimum B2/C1 level).
