IT Delivery Manager – French Speaker (Hybrid, Lisbon)

About the role

MoOngy is looking for an experienced IT Delivery Manager who is fluent in French (C1) to lead complex technology projects for its financial services division. Based in Lisbon, you will work in a hybrid model, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality solutions that align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of IT projects, ensuring scope, schedule, cost and quality targets are met.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, vendors and stakeholders to keep projects on track.
• Track progress, produce status reports and proactively address risks and issues.
• Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes and methodologies.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT delivery or project management.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders, vendors and multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Fluent in English and French (C1 level) and legally authorized to work in Portugal.
