IT Consultant – Centralized Information Management (French Fluent)

About the role

As an IT Consultant specialized in Centralized Information Management, you will support leading Energy & Utilities companies in organising, securing and ensuring compliance of their document repositories across SharePoint Online and Windows file servers. The role combines day‑to‑day operational support with advisory projects for information managers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support for access and restoration requests, handling incidents through the ticketing system.
• Administer permissions on SharePoint Online sites and Windows filers, keeping technical documentation up‑to‑date.
• Conduct GDPR and access‑rights audits, generate storage‑volume reports and support compliance activities.
• Participate in data‑migration projects, defining scope and executing transfers between storage environments.
• Assist information managers in redesigning document spaces and optimising related processes.
• Identify service‑improvement opportunities, especially leveraging AI, and transfer knowledge to operational teams.

Required profile

• Graduate of an engineering school, business school or a Master’s degree in Information Systems or Information Management.
• 1‑3 years of experience in document management, system administration or IT support.
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Microsoft 365 ecosystem, particularly SharePoint Online.
• Windows filers administration.
• Familiarity with Varonis, ShareGate or TreeSize Pro.
• Scripting with PowerShell and/or development on the Power Platform.
