Inventory Supervisor – Full-Time

About the role

The Inventory Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all inventory‑related activities at the Walmart Supercenter in Coto Laurel, Ponce. This full‑time position ensures that merchandise is received, stocked, and maintained accurately to support seamless store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage merchandise assembly, grocery unloading, stocking, and remodel projects.
• Oversee receiving processes, price changes, and claims handling.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts.
• Coordinate with team members to meet daily stocking and replenishment goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety and loss‑prevention policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education preferred.
• Prior experience in retail inventory, stock management, or warehouse operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of inventory control procedures.
• Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts).
