Homelines Department Manager

About the role

The Homelines Department Manager leads the daily operations of the Homelines area in a Walmart Supercenter. This role ensures efficient inventory flow, high‑quality merchandising, and excellent customer service within the department.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee merchandise assembly, grocery unloading, stocking, and receiving for the Homelines department.
• Manage remodel projects, price changes, and claims processing.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure product availability.
• Coach and schedule associate teams to meet performance standards.
• Monitor sales trends and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail or inventory management, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Commitment to Walmart’s policies, including a drug‑free workplace.
