About the role
We are looking for a dynamic International Sales Manager to lead the expansion of our medical device portfolio across overseas markets. The role focuses on developing sales strategies, building distributor networks, and driving revenue growth for surgical instruments such as ultrasonic knives and staplers.
Key responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive quarterly and annual sales plans aligned with the company’s operating model and marketing strategy.
- Establish and manage an overseas sales platform, identifying and cultivating relationships with distributors and partners.
- Engage proactively with international customers to understand needs, address inquiries, and provide solutions, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Lead preparation for and participation in international exhibitions and congresses to showcase products and network with potential clients.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in international trade, marketing, or a related field; medical‑related background is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years of proven success in international sales of surgical instruments.
- Experience selling ultrasonic knives or surgical staplers is highly preferred.
- Fluent English for all international communications and negotiations.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
