International Recruiter (VIE) – Lisbon

About the role

You will join the HR team in Lisbon, reporting to the HR Manager, Aline. As the primary contact for recruiting our engineering teams, you will gain international HR experience while supporting a fast‑growing consulting group.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from first contact to offer acceptance.
• Write and publish job ads, and source candidates on job boards and professional networks, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Conduct interviews and guide candidates throughout the process, ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain accurate records and support the engineering hiring managers.

Required profile

• Graduate in HR or a related field, with at least one successful recruitment experience.
• Proactive, curious, autonomous, reliable and results‑oriented.
• Native‑level French and bilingual English proficiency.
