International Norwegian-Speaking Customer Support Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a native or fluent Norwegian speaker to join our international customer support team in Lisbon. The role involves providing assistance to customers of a global brand through phone, email and chat, initially on‑site for three months before transitioning to a hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries in Norwegian via phone, email and live chat.
• Answer product‑related questions, process orders and resolve general issues.
• Deliver professional, solution‑oriented support while maintaining high satisfaction scores.
• Manage complaints and provide timely resolutions within defined deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal departments to close ongoing cases.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Norwegian (C1‑C2 level) with strong English proficiency.
• Previous experience in customer service or call‑center environments is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multicultural setting.
