International Demand Planner

About the role

Enovis is seeking an International Demand Planner to join its Supply Chain Planning team in Lisbon. The role is fully independent and focuses on creating accurate demand forecasts for assigned product lines, channels, or customers, supporting the S&OP process and translating commercial insights into actionable plans.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain rolling demand forecasts using statistical models, market intelligence and historical data.
• Analyze forecast accuracy, identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Lead monthly demand review meetings with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Provide demand inputs for the monthly S&OP cycle, preparing assumptions, risk assessments and change analysis.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product and Supply Planning to ensure alignment of demand and supply.
• Prepare demand review presentations, KPI reports and communicate drivers, assumptions and risks to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve forecasting processes, tools and data quality, and support system enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Statistics or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting or supply‑chain analytics.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Solid understanding of S&OP processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Kinaxis (or similar advanced planning tools).
• Experience using SAP APO/IBP or Oracle planning systems.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Power BI for data visualization (preferred).
