International Corporate Recruiter

About the role

Prime Group is seeking an International Corporate Recruiter to join its global recruitment team. In this role you will be responsible for attracting and selecting specialized talent for strategic positions across multiple markets, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and strong alignment with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for sales, management and technical profiles across various geographies.
• Develop active sourcing strategies and build qualified talent pipelines.
• Conduct structured interviews and assess candidates with rigor.
• Partner with hiring managers to align recruitment with business objectives.
• Maintain the ATS, generate recruitment metrics reports, and ensure data accuracy.
• Support employer branding initiatives and enhance brand positioning in target markets.
• Perform market analyses, talent benchmarking, and competitive mapping.

Required profile

• Experience in recruitment, preferably in an international context.
• Fluency in English (mandatory); additional languages such as German, Italian, French, or Polish are a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Results‑oriented with the autonomy to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
• Proactive, analytical mindset with a genuine interest in multicultural environments.
