International Business Manager

About the role

KCS IT is seeking an International Business Manager to drive growth across its global client portfolio. Based in Lisbon, you will act as the primary liaison for international customers, ensuring high satisfaction while aligning the team with emerging IT trends.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for international clients and maintain strong relationships.
• Guarantee client satisfaction and service quality throughout the project lifecycle.
• Anticipate client needs, propose innovative solutions and keep the team updated on market trends such as AI, Salesforce and data technologies.
• Develop and execute commercial strategies that support company objectives.
• Participate in proposal writing, negotiations and contract closures.
• Travel across Europe as required to support business development activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Management, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar commercial or business development role.
• Strong commercial mindset with a results‑oriented approach.
• Excellent communication, autonomy and proactive attitude.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese; German is a plus.
