International Business Developer

About the role

We are seeking an International Business Developer to drive our global growth. You will work at the intersection of design, creativity, production and international commerce, developing new business opportunities across diverse markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new international clients and partners.
• Conduct client meetings, prepare and follow up on commercial proposals.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows and industry events.
• Collaborate closely with Design, Project and Production teams to align offers with client needs.
• Maintain long‑term relationships and ensure consistent follow‑up.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English (essential).
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Commercial mindset with initiative and results orientation.
• Interest in design, architecture, exhibitions and creative environments.
• Highly organized, autonomous and capable of rigorous follow‑up.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Additional language skills are a plus.
• Relevant experience in international sales or business development, especially within design, architecture, interiors, exhibitions or events.
