Internal Sales Account Executive – French Speaking

About the role

The Internal Sales Account Executive – French Speaking supports commercial activity in the French‑speaking market, focusing on existing customers, inbound enquiries, quotations, renewals, upgrades and cross‑sell opportunities. Working internally with Account Managers, Customer Success, Support, Finance and Sales Operations, the role ensures customers receive timely, accurate and professional commercial support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and respond to inbound customer enquiries from French‑speaking clients.
• Support existing customers with product information, quotations, renewals, upgrades and additional licence requests.
• Prepare, follow up and track quotations, proposals, renewal offers and related commercial documentation.
• Identify retention, upgrade and cross‑sell opportunities based on customer needs.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales Management to execute account plans and follow‑up activities.
• Coordinate with Customer Success, Support, Finance and Sales Operations to ensure accurate CRM and order data.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English, with strong verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational ability and attention to detail.
• Customer‑focused mindset with the capacity to handle multiple requests simultaneously.
• Comfortable discussing commercial matters with customers and preparing accurate documentation.
