Internal Audit Specialist

About the role

ManpowerGroup is rolling out a global Oracle ERP system and needs an experienced Internal Audit Specialist to help build the Oracle Compliance Center of Excellence. You will work closely with the Oracle Compliance Manager and global stakeholders to design, implement and test compliance policies, procedures and controls across ITGCs and business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support transformation initiatives during the ERP rollout, ensuring alignment with internal policies, procedures and controls.
• Act as a change agent, guiding local process owners to adapt their processes to the new cloud ERP environment.
• Develop and deliver training for process owners and reviewers on Oracle controls and evidence requirements.
• Collaborate with Global SOX, Project Darwin, and third‑party partners to design the COE framework, risk‑based testing approach, and test scripts.
• Formalize Oracle compliance policies with the Oracle Security team.
• Create business process control documentation, including flow charts, narratives and risk‑control mappings.
• Perform risk assessments of financial and operational processes and monitor ongoing compliance.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in audit, internal audit or finance.
• Previous experience at a Big 4 firm or within an internal audit team.
• Familiarity with Oracle or other ERP systems.
• Strong project‑management, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
