Innovation Brand Designer

About the role

We are seeking a highly creative Innovation Brand Designer to shape the future of visual communication for Savills Portugal. You will combine strong design execution with emerging technologies such as AI and generative tools to deliver impactful brand experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high‑quality visual assets for campaigns, proposals, research, social media and corporate communications.
• Support business teams with compelling design solutions that boost engagement.
• Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints, safeguarding Savills’ visual identity.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Digital and business stakeholders to meet commercial objectives.
• Explore AI, automation and emerging creative technologies to drive design innovation.
• Introduce new approaches that improve efficiency, scalability and business impact.
• Foster experimentation, continuous learning and evolution within the Design function.

Required profile

• Degree in Design, Visual Communication, Creative Media or a related discipline.
• Strong graphic and brand design capabilities with experience in both digital and offline environments.
• Fluent Portuguese and advanced professional English.
• Excellent attention to detail, aesthetic sensitivity and visual storytelling ability.
• Proven collaboration and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience in motion graphics and video editing.
• Understanding of Artificial Intelligence, creative automation and generative design.
• Interest or experience with low‑code/no‑code or programming‑based design solutions.
