Infrastructure Kubernetes Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Infrastructure Kubernetes Specialist to join agap2IT in Lisbon. The successful candidate will help shape and implement our containerised platform, working closely with multiple technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and maintain Kubernetes clusters across production environments.
• Integrate networking and security solutions such as Calico and Cilium.
• Implement data‑protection and backup tools including Velero, CEPH and Portworx.
• Develop automation scripts and CI/CD pipelines using Python and related tools.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional departments to ensure platform reliability and scalability.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience with Kubernetes infrastructure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level).
• Availability to work on‑site in Lisbon two days per week.
