Influencer Marketing Manager

About the role

The Influencer Marketing Manager will ensure Hey Harper’s user‑generated content (UGC) engine operates at scale. You will own the day‑to‑day execution of the UGC roadmap, coordinating creators, timelines, and assets across paid, organic, product‑detail, and e‑commerce channels. This role turns strategy into reliable output, freeing senior brand and creative teams to focus on high‑impact work.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the UGC roadmap defined with the UGC & Creator Strategist and Head of Brand.
• Manage creator timelines, milestones, and deliverables for campaigns and evergreen needs.
• Automate creator onboarding, follow‑ups, submission tracking, rights management, and payment coordination.
• Build and maintain systems that support 100+ creators simultaneously, scaling to 400+ by 2027.
• Ingest, auto‑tag, and organize UGC assets from platforms such as TikTok Shop.
• Monitor content status, surface risks early, and provide solutions to keep delivery on schedule.
• Ensure assets are complete, usable, and ready for activation across brand and e‑commerce channels.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large pools of creators or influencers.
• Strong project‑management mindset with ability to design scalable workflows.
• Detail‑oriented approach to quality control and rights compliance.
• Comfort working with cross‑functional teams (brand, demand, editorial).
• Ability to anticipate risks and propose proactive solutions.
