Influence Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Influence Manager to lead SOVA’s influencer ecosystem, turning authentic creator relationships into high‑impact content that fuels our paid media engine. You will own the strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, TikTok Shop and our ambassador community, while supporting events that showcase our brand.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute an influence strategy aligned with marketing and commercial goals across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
• Source, qualify and activate creators (nano to macro) that genuinely fit the brand, negotiate briefs, compensation and usage rights.
• Structure partnerships so creator content feeds paid social campaigns (whitelisting, spark ads, UGC ads).
• Own TikTok Shop strategy: drive visibility, sales, manage affiliate network, recruit creators and oversee commissions.
• Plan and run brand events end‑to‑end, including launch parties, gifting events, ambassador meet‑ups, pop‑ups and press days.
• Represent SOVA at external wellness, women’s health and femtech events to expand the brand network.
• Grow and animate the ambassador and product‑tester community, collect and leverage UGC across all channels.

Required profile

• Proven experience in influencer or creator marketing, preferably in health, beauty or wellness sectors.
• Strong ability to build authentic, long‑term partnerships in a sensitive category.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a data‑driven mindset.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects, events and cross‑functional collaboration.
