Brand Manager / Marketing & Communications Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Brand Manager / Marketing & Communications Manager to join our team and lead our brand, marketing and communications strategy. This is a hands‑on role for someone who combines strategic thinking with strong execution.

Key responsibilities

• Define, develop and execute the annual brand marketing and communications strategy across digital and physical touchpoints.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable performance indicators.
• Manage the marketing calendar, campaign timelines and content production together with the Creative Director and external partners.
• Develop and oversee influencer strategies and long‑term relationships with creators and cultural tastemakers.
• Identify, negotiate and manage strategic brand partnerships and collaborations.
• Optimize the brand’s Shopify store from a marketing perspective, including campaign launches and merchandising updates.
• Oversee CRM strategy, including segmentation, email journeys, retention initiatives and lifecycle communications.
• Analyze performance data from Shopify, CRM and analytics platforms and provide regular insights and recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand marketing, communications or creative strategy, preferably within fashion, lifestyle or consumer brands.
• Proven ability to lead integrated marketing campaigns and brand partnerships.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills for digital, press, email, website and marketing materials.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
