Industrialization Project Manager – Global Production

About the role

As an Industrialization Project Manager you will drive local and global industrialization projects within Bosch's International Production Network, delivering innovative manufacturing solutions and ensuring operational excellence across our worldwide production sites.

Key responsibilities

• Lead industrialization and manufacturing projects using established project‑management methodologies.
• Define project scope, timelines, resources and cost plans to guarantee successful execution.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary teams in an international environment.
• Drive quality‑management activities and ensure customer satisfaction throughout all phases.
• Manage project risks, stakeholders and communication with internal and external partners.
• Support purchasing activities and supplier coordination during implementation.
• Lead acquisition‑related working groups for new business opportunities.
• Align product volume allocation strategies within the International Production Network.
• Support process optimisation and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Leverage data‑analytics and business‑intelligence tools to identify production and product improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing industrialization or manufacturing projects.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams across multiple locations.
• Excellent risk‑management and stakeholder‑communication skills.
• Experience supporting purchasing and supplier activities during project rollout.
• Capability to contribute to process optimisation and continuous‑improvement programmes.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data‑analytics or BI tools for decision‑making.
