Industrial Electrical Draftsman

About the role

Quadrante is seeking a Draftsman to join its Industrial Electrics department in Porto. You will create detailed engineering drawings for industrial electrical systems, supporting both national and international projects.

Key responsibilities

• Produce technical drawings for industrial electrical systems in line with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare graphic and modeling base files to aid engineering activities.
• Develop electrical layouts, routing, and cable‑tray/conduit networks based on engineering input.
• Check coordination between disciplines in multidisciplinary projects.
• Collaborate on the development of production methods, templates, and drafting procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education (12th grade) or a technical drafting qualification.
• Experience in technical drawing of industrial electrical systems (preferred).
• Ability to adapt to different project types and maintain high accuracy.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills.
• Effective communication and a collaborative team spirit.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Working knowledge of Revit.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data interpretation.
