Inclusion & Culture Generalist

About the role

Oliver Wyman is seeking an Inclusion & Culture Generalist to join its European Human Capital team. Based primarily in the Lisbon office, this hybrid role will drive regional inclusion initiatives, support people experience strategies, and monitor impact across all European locations.

Key responsibilities

• Embed the People Experience Strategy 28 across Europe and collaborate with global and regional teams to keep inclusion projects on track.
• Drive regional projects, coordinate with Colleague Resource Groups, and connect markets where synergies exist.
• Escalate inclusion and culture issues to Human Capital leaders and provide data‑driven insights for senior management.
• Track colleague experiences, promote wellbeing programmes, and support diverse talent attraction and retention.

Required profile

• Experience presenting with MS PowerPoint and using Excel for basic analysis, with willingness to develop deeper analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook for scheduling and communication.
• Familiarity with AI tools to automate and streamline processes.
• Specialist knowledge in at least one inclusion area (e.g., race, gender, wellbeing, LGBTQ+).
