In-House Real Estate Lawyer (Porto)

About the role

Alfa Investments is seeking a full-time, on-site In-House Real Estate Lawyer to lead all legal matters related to residential property sales and corporate structuring in Porto. The role is hands-on, with direct responsibility for drafting CPCVs, coordinating final deeds and supporting client transactions within an international, English-speaking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and manage CPCVs for apartment sales.
• Coordinate and support the execution of final deeds (escrituras) with notaries and clients.
• Provide comprehensive legal support throughout the entire sales process.
• Ensure compliance with Portuguese real-estate and contract law.
• Incorporate and manage companies and special purpose vehicles (SPVs).
• Maintain and standardise legal documentation across the organisation.

Required profile

• Law degree with mandatory registration with the Portuguese Bar.
• 3–4+ years of experience in real-estate law.
• Strong knowledge of Portuguese property, contract and corporate law.
• Fluent English and native-level Portuguese.
• Detail-oriented, autonomous and business-minded.
