Immigration Lawyer – Permanent Residence & Investment

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Immigration Lawyer to join our Porto office and lead the legal process for permanent residence and investment‑related residence permits. The role involves direct interaction with foreign clients, agents, and government bodies to ensure successful case outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and manage the full legal procedure for granting permanent residence permits.
• Provide specialised legal advice on residence permits linked to investment projects.
• Handle immigration cases from initial analysis through to final completion.
• Conduct meetings with foreign clients and their representatives.
• Liaise with various government entities to facilitate case processing.

Required profile

• Law degree with active bar registration.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Strong relational abilities and teamwork orientation.
• In‑depth knowledge of immigration laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and achieve set goals.
