IAM Access Management – French & English Speaker

About the role

We are looking for an IAM Access Management professional who is fluent in French and English to join our growing team in Lisbon. The role focuses on supporting user access, maintaining Active Directory, and improving client engagement through data‑driven processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for identity and access requests across the organization.
• Maintain and administer Active Directory accounts, groups, and permissions.
• Track and analyse user relationships to enhance engagement and application efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve access issues and implement improvements.
• Document procedures and contribute to knowledge‑base resources.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken).
• 3–6 years of experience in user support or access management.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Methodical, cooperative and open‑minded attitude.

Required skills

• Active Directory administration.
