Hydraulic and AVAC Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Hydraulic and AVAC Engineer to join our Porto office. The successful candidate will design, analyse and supervise hydraulic and heating, ventilation and air‑conditioning (AVAC) systems across a range of construction projects, ensuring technical excellence and compliance with project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Assess hydraulic system requirements and develop detailed design solutions.
• Manage water resources and integrate water engineering considerations into project plans.
• Design, specify and oversee AVAC installations, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to guarantee compliance with technical standards.
• Conduct maintenance evaluations and provide technical recommendations for system improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related field).
• Proven experience in hydraulic or AVAC system design and implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills for on‑site collaboration.
