Hub Finance Manager

About the role

The Hub Finance Manager will support the financial steering, governance, and operational finance set‑up of Körber’s Portugal hub. Reporting to the Head of Hub, the role works closely with business area controlling, operations leadership, corporate finance, tax, legal, payroll and global mobility teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage the financial backbone of the hub, including invoicing, cost allocation, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Ensure alignment with international governance standards and SLA‑based service models.
• Support intercompany charging, transfer‑pricing interfaces and cross‑border employee deployment implications.
• Collaborate with group tax, legal, payroll and global mobility stakeholders.
• Potentially assist in setting up an additional hub in Eastern Europe.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in a shared‑services, hub, matrix or international corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of intercompany charging, SLA‑based finance models, transfer pricing, budgeting, forecasting, cost‑center management and financial reporting.
• Practical knowledge of international or European corporate tax topics, especially regarding employee deployment and permanent‑establishment implications.
• Fluent English; Portuguese is a strong advantage.
