HR Project Manager – IT Projects

About the role

Join Aubay Portugal as an HR Project Manager, leading the delivery of IT‑driven HR initiatives for large organisations in banking, insurance, telecom and energy. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensure projects stay on scope, schedule and budget, and act as the main liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor and control project scope, timeline, cost and quality.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk registers and mitigation strategies.
• Align financial execution with project progress and deliverables.
• Facilitate clear communication with all stakeholders and produce regular status reports.
• Drive decision‑making by providing timely, accurate management information.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project management.
• Proven ability to work with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Experience with HR initiatives, HR processes and SAP SuccessFactors is highly valued.
• Strong alignment with corporate ethics, integrity and a customer‑focused mindset.
