HR Coordinator

About the role

Superior Wellness is seeking an HR Coordinator to support the day‑to‑day operations of its Human Resources function. You will act as a trusted point of contact for employees, ensuring HR processes run smoothly and efficiently across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide confidential, approachable HR service to staff.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, probation and employee exit activities.
• Maintain accurate and secure employee records and HR data.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently.
• Gather and relay payroll information to the Group Payroll Lead.
• Maintain the Training Matrix and monitor mandatory training completion.
• Support employee engagement, communication, recognition and workplace culture initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports and promptly flag any risks or concerns.
• Collaborate with the General Manager, Group Head of HR and Payroll Lead.

Required profile

• Dynamic, proactive and results‑oriented mindset.
• Strong ability to learn and adapt quickly.
• Excellent communication and critical‑thinking skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources.

Required skills

• Proficiency in HR software.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
