HR Analyst & Project Manager (VIE) – Portugal

About the role

Join Airbus Atlantic Portugal as a VIE to support the HR Data & Digital roadmap. Working closely with the HR Director and local HR team, you will combine analytical expertise with project management to drive reporting, process optimisation and strategic HR initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain automated HR dashboards (Power BI / G‑Sheet) to monitor KPIs such as turnover, absenteeism, headcount and recruitment lead times.
• Analyse trends, create data stories and provide actionable insights for the HR team.
• Assist in the deployment and optimisation of Airbus HR digital tools (time‑management, recruitment, competency evaluation).
• Identify manual HR tasks and propose low‑code or RPA solutions to automate workflows.
• Support the rollout of Airbus Atlantic HR procedures in Portugal.
• Contribute to strategic projects such as the annual salary review, bonus campaign, onboarding improvements and employer branding.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Intelligence or a related field.
• Strong interest in Human Resources and willingness to work in a multicultural environment.
• Analytical mindset, curiosity and the ability to translate complex data into clear presentations.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Gsuite.
• Experience with Power BI or similar data‑visualisation tools.
• Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS).
