About the role

Join the Hampton by Hilton team in Lisbon as a Housekeeping Supervisor and lead a dedicated crew to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will ensure rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness while supporting the overall hospitality vision of the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Train, schedule, and supervise housekeeping staff to maintain consistent quality.
• Conduct routine inspections of checkout rooms, spot‑check occupied rooms, and review service areas, storage, and corridors.
• Identify and report maintenance issues, following up to ensure timely resolution.
• Plan and oversee deep‑cleaning projects and special housekeeping initiatives.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure proper care of housekeeping equipment.
• Respond to VIP and special guest requests, ensuring a memorable stay.
