Hotel Operations Coordinator

About the role

The Hotel Operations Coordinator is the on‑site champion of our Lisbon Serviced Apartments (LSA) portfolio. You will ensure every guest experiences a spotless, well‑maintained, and brand‑consistent environment by working closely with Housekeeping, Maintenance, regional Ops teams, and the remote Guest Experience team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily room inspections, drive improvement projects, and collaborate with Housekeeping and Maintenance to continuously raise room quality.
• Monitor arrivals, lead housekeeping briefings, and walk all public areas to guarantee they are guest‑ready.
• Schedule and attend maintenance appointments, oversee external amenity partners, and ensure rooms are prepared for check‑in.
• Identify, report, and resolve discrepancies before they affect guests; analyse reviews and root‑cause on‑site issues.
• Manage back‑of‑house operations, including storage, stock, deliveries, and local compliance.
• Assist the remote ICT team with on‑site tech troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate internal databases, update online listings, and keep all teams informed through consistent logging and escalation.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Portuguese (minimum B2 level).
• Guest‑obsessed mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Extreme ownership and self‑starter attitude; proactive problem‑solver.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple internal and external partners.
