Hotel Maintenance Technician – Lisbon

About the role

Join the Hampton by Hilton team in Lisbon as a Maintenance Technician and play a key part in keeping the hotel safe, functional and welcoming for every guest. You will work across guest rooms, public areas and back‑of‑house spaces, ensuring that all facilities operate smoothly and any issues are resolved quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the physical functionality and safety of the property, including guest rooms, public spaces and heart‑of‑house areas.
• Respond promptly to guest calls and internal work orders, delivering timely repairs.
• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and masonry work.
• Carry out preventive maintenance inspections and address identified needs before they become problems.
• Document all inspections, repairs and any outstanding issues in the maintenance system.
